งานนี้จัดขึ้นภายใต้ความร่วมมือระหว่างสำนักงานพัฒนาวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยีแห่งชาติ (สวทช.) หน่วยบริหารและจัดการทุนด้านการพัฒนากำลังคน และทุนด้านการพัฒนาสถาบันอุดมศึกษา การวิจัยและการสร้างนวัตกรรม (บพค.) ร่วมกับสถานทูตฝรั่งเศสประจำประเทศไทย เเละตัวเเทนจากสถาบันวิจัยชั้นนำของประเทศฝรั่งเศสในภูมิภาคเอเชียตะวันออกเฉียงใต้ ที่พร้อมให้ข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับการศึกษาต่อในประเทศฝรั่งเศส อาทิ โครงการที่กำลังเปิดรับ ขั้นตอนและเงื่อนไขการรับสมัคร รวมถึงการสร้างพันธมิตรร่วมกับหน่วยงานวิจัยในประเทศฝรั่งเศส นอกจากนี้ ยังได้รับเกียรติจากศิษย์เก่าที่เคยได้รับทุน มาร่วมแลกเปลี่ยนประสบการณ์การศึกษาจากประเทศฝรั่งเศสในงานนี้อีกด้วย
